Public Health Grey Bruce reported four new cases of COVID-19 Sunday.
Residents of Meaford, Owen Sound, Southgate and West Grey tested positive.
The Health Unit says with seven more resolved cases, there are 42 known active cases including 25 variants in the region.
There are 140 active high-risk contacts associated with the region’s cases.
Three local people are hospitalized due to the virus and six cases have been transferred to local intensive care units.
There are no reported outbreaks in schools, childcare centres, hospitals, long-term care or retirement homes in Grey Bruce.
The Health Unit says 9,330 COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the past seven days.
69,673 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered in Grey and Bruce to date.
