The first weekend of the Owen Sound Salmon Spectacular is complete, and there’s a new leader coming out of it.
John Earnest of Owen Sound reeled in a 25.49-pound salmon on Sunday to take over top spot in the salmon division.
Brett Stewart still has the top overall trout at 17.01-pounds entering Day 4 of the derby.
The Owen Sound Salmon Spectacular continues until Sept. 4.
