An Owen Sound woman faces impaired driving charges after an incident at a Port Elgin motel.
In a social media post, Saugeen Shores Police say on Monday, February 20th at about 3 p.m., police and paramedics were dispatched to a disturbance outside a local motel.
The photo police have posted online shows what appears to be significant damage to a portion of the Sunny Motel on Highway 21 in the south end of Port Elgin by Concession 6.
Police say, as a result of their investigation, a 47-year-old female of Owen Sound has been charged with: Operation While Impaired, Dangerous Driving, Mischief Over $5000 and what police say are several other charges, though they did not specify them.
