Keppel-Sarawak School in Owen Sound is conducting an ambitious campaign to raise $ 50,000 to upgrade their school library.
Thursday night the school conducted a Penny Carnival which had always been a community event pre-COVID.
Keppel-Sarawak Principal Laurie Gilkinson and former student Cheryl Hickey spoke to Fred Wallace on the CFOS Morning Show and related the Carnival doubled their fundraising expectations.
Hickey, an alumni of Keppel-Sarawak and a former CFOS announcer, was a part of the ongoing fundraiser to refurbish the school library
