Meaford is holding an event next month to celebrate the launch of Main Street Meaford, a citizen-led non-profit organization supporting downtown revitalization.
The municipality says the Idea Jamming and Social event will be held on Aug. 3 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Meaford Hall Terrace Room.
The event will bring together residents, businesses and supporters to work towards building a vision for the revitalization of the downtown area.
This family-friendly event will feature interactive stations, guest speakers, food, kids activities, prizes, and music.
