A busy weekend for the Owen Sound Attack starts with a trip to Kitchener Friday night.
The Attack (4-2-1) are set to take on the Rangers (6-2) at the Aud for the second time this season; Owen Sound won the first meeting 5-2 on Oct. 6.
Friday is the first game for the Attack since a change behind the bench earlier this week. Greg Walters was let go as the team’s head coach. Darren Rumble has been named interim head coach.
You can hear the Attack-Rangers game on 560 CFOS with Kia of Owen Sound-Terry’s Trailer Service Bear Radio. Puck drop is set for 7 p.m., and the Joe Tomato’s pregame show starts at 6:30 p.m.
Tonight’s game is the first of a three-in-three for the Attack this weekend.
Saturday, they welcome the Brantford Bulldogs (1-5-1) to the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre. That’s a 7 p.m. start. And then Sunday afternoon the Kingston Frontenacs (3-5) are in town. That game is underway at 2 p.m.
