The Georgian Bay Folk Society is announcing the headline artists for Summerfolk 48.
This year, the festival will be hosting Serena Ryder, Loreena McKennitt, and Matt Andersen.
This year’s event will be happening on August 18th, 19th, and 20th at Kelso Beach at Nawash Park in Owen Sound.
The Folk Society says that the full lineup of musical artists continues to grow, and so far includes: Dave Gunning & JP Cormier, The Lee Boys, Digging Roots, Le Winston Band, The Small Glories, Julian Taylor, Angelique Francis, Shred Kelly, Windborn, Redfox, Emilee Ann Pitawanakwat, Treasa Levasseur, Mimi O’Bonsawin, Mia Kelly, Scott Cook, Morgan Toney, Shane Penderghast, Marshal Veroni, The Pairs, David Newland, and Jessica Pearson and the East Wind.
