The Municipality of West Grey is seeing a surge in building permits equalling a value of over $12.5 million.
A release notes this boom has issued three times more permits compared to the same quarter in 2020, which equalled $3 million, setting a new record.
West Grey Mayor Christine Robinson says the numbers speak to the vibrancy and appeal of West Grey.
“We are extremely excited about the development in our community and look forward to welcoming newcomers to West Grey,” says Robinson.
